Higher Ground Holidays Adventure B&B is more than accommodation. We are your home away from home, your friends in a new environment, your link to everything possible in the Revelstoke area including activities, tours, history and education, spa experiences, dining and community events. We want you to have the complete Revelstoke experience with luxury accommodation, the best food and whatever else will make your experience a memorable one. As you home base we will provide you downtown, in the heart of the action, accommodation in our 1890’s home (with all the modern conveniences added). As your hosts we will provide continuous concierge service, links to anything your heart desires (provided it exists!) and help in whatever way we are able.

Until we have completed our home renos; and after should our accommodation not please your taste, we will help you find optimal lodging with another accommodation provider in the area.

Revelstoke offers an abundance of vacation possibilities. The downtown streets are full of character and history. The surrounding mountains, lakes and the Columbia River offer a range of outdoor adventure and activity. Revelstoke is home to a friendly and outgoing community just waiting to share their love of the area with newcomers. These are the reasons we are here and believe you should be too!

Andre and I moved to Revelstoke 3 years ago in pursuit of our dreams of a tourism focused business and a family. After living in a number of BC’s vacationing hotspots we were drawn to Revelstoke’s charm, unending outdoor activities and its wonderful hometown feel. We have quickly developed a love of the area and a sense of belonging.

Upon your arrival you will undoubtedly meet Tula (our ridgeback) who is clean, friendly and one of the family. If you are inclined to travel with your pet we are dog friendly when given prior notice. However, they must interact positively with both dogs and children. We are also able to find alternative Revelstoke accommodation that accepts dogs. Andre and I have one child, Saelin, our first but not our last. We hope that you will enjoy our family and our home during your stay.

Revelstoke is a wonderful community with so much to offer and relatively few people are aware of this. We want to make it easier for people just like you to come and enjoy our playground!
